A549 lysates were prepared, and immunoprecipitation was performed using 2.0 μg of ABCD_AI748 anti-TGM2 antibody pre-coupled to Dynabeads protein A or protein. Samples were washed and processed for western blot. For western blot, A21184 recombinant antibody (Abclonal) was used at 1/10000. The Ponceau stained transfer of the blot is shown. SM=4% starting material; UB=4% unbound fraction; IP=immunoprecipitate.
No non-specific signal was observed.
